FILTER SYSTEMS

1.A InTank Pump/Outside Chamber

        Filter Pump’s filter systems are ruggedly constructed and corrosion-resistant. These systems are designed for continuous operation with no metal to liquid contact.

        The Series A filter system is versatile and easy to install since both the pump and filter chamber are independent units. The Penguin P series pump can be mounted anywhere along the tank lip. Only the filter chamber needs to be floor-mounted, which means the Series A filter systems requires minimum floor space.

        Simple in design and efficient in performance, these systems are recommended for all precious metal plating baths, electroless nickel, and copper, as well as many acid and alkaline solutions. Series A filter systems are easy to clean and filter cartridge replacement is simple. The easy-grip handles require no tools to release the filter chamber head. Unscrew the tube nuts and simply replace the filter cartridge.

 2.BF Bag Filtration System

        Filter Pump’s Series AA and Series AB filter systems are all-purpose, compact, fully portable, corrosion-resistant, metal-free, and they require no floor space, as both system series can be mounted outside the tank if desired.

       Unlike one-piece submerged filter systems, Filter Pump AA and AB filter systems need not be removed from the tank for cleaning or cartridge change-out. The ACME threaded heads employed on single cartridge chambers can be easily removed by hand and a new replacement cartridge filter simply dropped in.

All filter system models provide leakproof filtration with no liquid bypass.

3.ASF InTank Suction

       The Filter Pump Series ASF in-tank suction filtration systems are constructed from CPVC, polypropylene, or PVDF with no metal contact. They are corrosion-resistant and designed for continuous-duty operation and virtually trouble-free service.

       The Series ASF is available in two styles with one or two filters. A choice of filter cartridges is available. Series PF standard string-wound filter cartridges for particulate removal, or Series GC granular carbon for removing organic contaminants.

       Series ASF filtration systems are easy to install and maintain, offering filtration rates up to 3400 GPH.

4.BF Bag Filtration System

        Filter Pump Series BF open bag filtration systems are designed to provide rapid, high-velocity solution turnover while reducing contaminants’ surface load. The high surface area, single-layered, 7” x 16” bag is equivalent to the workload of 12-10” string wound depth cartridges.

        A quick disconnect is provided for easy and fast bag replacement. A bag adaptor head with a split ring is provided to firmly secure the bag in place.

5.CTM & CTL Carbon Treatment

        Filter Pump offers complete single or dual-chamber systems with slurry tanks for the more contaminated baths requiring a more holistic and aggressive approach to organic removal.

        Our slurry tank configuration allows pre-coating of the cartridge media (1-3 micron density) with flocculent, producing a very tight filter surface to trap and capture the loose powder carbon.

6.Metal Recovery

        Filter Pump metal recovery systems are a simple, economical method for reclaiming gold and other precious metals from processing rinse water and drag-out tanks. Up to three toy ounces of metals can be recovered per pound.

        These units are also effective in producing higher purity rinse water for improved rinse processing re-use. Various pump/chamber combinations provide for small laboratory operations up to 400-gallon large volume tanks.

7.MF Magnetic Drive Pump/Chamber System

        Filter Pump MF series filter systems are specifically designed for leakproof filtering and circulating.

        Equipped with the Penguin M & MTD series polypropylene magnetic driven pump and the rugged Filter Pump CPVC or polypropylene filter chamber, MF filter systems are designed for continuous trouble-free service.

        The smaller compact MF filter system is excellent for complete corrosion-resistant filtration in laboratories, pilot plants, and production applications. The larger MF filter system provides a high volume, high-pressure filter system to which casters can be added for portability.

        Simple in design and efficient in performance, these systems are recommended for acid and alkaline solutions. These include all precious metal plating solutions, high chloride, sulfuric, and alkaline cyanide solutions.

8.PES Penductor System

        Filter Pump PES Penductor system features our Penductor eductors, which utilize a unique venturi design to enable smaller pumps to circulate larger volumes of tank solution. The eductor can circulate four to five gallons of solution for each gallon pumped.

9.PGG Pressure Gauge & Guard

        Filter Pump’s plastic gauge and guard is a compact, molded design consisting of two threaded fluid chambers. There is no possibility of leakage due to uneven screwed components.

        The choice of materials permits these gauge guards to be utilized on highly corrosive and ultra-pure solutions. Gauge guards are available preassembled at the factory with pressure ratings of 0-30, 0-60, 0-100, or 0-160 (PSIG).

10.SM Spacemaker

        Filter Pump Series SM filter systems are designed to provide a complete, ultra-compact, portable, leakproof filter system.

        Equipped with the Penguin M Series polypropylene or PVDF magnetic drive pump and the rugged Filter Pump CPVC or poly-propylene filter chamber, SM filter systems are simple, economical, efficient systems for filtering and circulating acid and alkaline solutions. These include precious metal plating solutions, high chlorides, sulfuric, and alkaline cyanide solutions. The smaller, compact SM filter systems are excellent for complete corrosion-resistant filtration in laboratories, pilot plants, and production applications.

        Filter Pump SM filter systems are easy to clean and simple for filter cartridge replacement. The single-threaded head or the easy-grip handles requiring no tools releases the filter chamber head. There is no dismantling and no danger from breakage.
