1.Carbon Filter Cartridges

Carbon filter cartridges are a one-step carbon and filtration treatment. These cartridges eliminate the problems associated with loose carbon treatment and the need for a separate filtration system.
The standard cartridge measures 2 3/4” O.D. with lengths varying from 4” to 40” with flow rates up to 2 1/2 GPM. They are designed to be used in either single or multi-tubed vessels.
Carbon cartridges are available in five different styles:
• Style PLC features carbon-impregnated cellulose with polyester-reinforced backing and external netting giving it great strength and dirt holding capacity.
• Style M features an outer layer of polyolefin webbing with an impregnated carbon powder interior
• Style C is a porous polyethylene shell containing a sulfur-free, high grade, highly activated coconut granular carbon.
• Style CP is an outer wound cartridge that features layers of paper impregnated with activated powdered carbon.
• Style GC is another outer wound cartridge that utilizes a sulfur-free, highly activated granular coconut carbon content.
2.Fill Media

Granular Activated Carbon: Activated carbon filters are generally employed in the process of removing organic compounds and/or extracting free chlorine from water, thereby making the water suitable for discharge or use in manufacturing processes.
Clay: Adsorbs, bonds, and locks contaminants in a chemical bond with no leaching. Designed for a broad line of environmental applications directly related to water treatment (feedwater, process water, wastewater) and water fixation.
Zeolite: Adsorption and reduction of heavy metals.
Oil Retention: Specially formulated hydrophobic properties absorb only oil molecules, and it can be used both split and emulsified type oil to extend chemical life.
3.Mesh Filter Bag

Nylon monofilament mesh bags are typically used to filter solvents, hydrocarbons, and in other applications where more porous filters are needed.
4.Oil Absorption Filter Bag

High-efficiency oil absorption filter bags made of melt-blown polypropylene fiber are typically used to remove oil and other impurities from water or wastewater in industrial applications.
These filter bags have multiple layers, which gives them over 90% removal efficiency and significantly increases holding capacity. They are also acid-proof, alkaline proof, and stretch resistant.
5.Pleated Filters

Filter Pump pleated cartridge filters are an alternative to string wound or spun molded filters.
These filters are economical, multi-use, premium quality products that are available in various micron ratings, ranging from 50-micron nominal down to .10 micron absolute. Endcap configurations include DOE (double open end, flat gasket) and SOE (single open end, external double 222 0-ring/button end cap). Maximum effective open surface areas allow for high flow rates at reduced pressure losses as well as high dirt holding capacity, long service life, large throughputs, and lower operating costs.
Filter Pump pleated cartridge filters contain no surfactants or binders that can break down, leach out, or permit the typical problems of channeling and media migration. Filter media available include self-bonded fine diameter polypropylene fibers as well as membranes constructed of polypropylene, nylon, or PTEF.
Pleated cartridge filters may be used as either prefilter or as final filters for bulk and point-of-use filtration. They are most appropriate for use when high-efficiency filtration and economy are crucial.
6.String Wound

Filter Pump’s string wound cartridge filters are manufactured using a high-speed, continuous wind process that creates a superior, one-piece filter with hundreds of diamond-shaped tunnels that get progressively smaller from the outer diameter to the core.
Finer particles are progressively trapped as fluid travels to the center of the filter, allowing for much greater retention capacity than that associated with straight surface filter media of the same dimensions and porosity.
There are wide choices of porosities, lengths, and diameters, along with a wide selection of wind and core materials so you can select the appropriate combination for your filtration needs.
Wind materials include standard, fibrillated, FDA and utility-grade polypropylene, natural cotton, bleached cotton, rayon, polyester, nylon, modacrylic, and heat-cleaned glass fiber. Core materials include polypropylene, tin-plated steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel.
