Chambers

        Filter Pump cartridge, bag, and carbon chambers are designed for the removal of inorganic particulates or unwanted organic contaminants from aqueous alkaline and acidic solutions up to 230°F (110°C). Key features include:
* Connections are available in NPT, SLIP, or flange
* Includes initial cartridge(s) set or bag
* Air vent plug or air vent valve
* Injection-molded tops and bottoms
* Variety of materials of construction such as CPVC, polypropylene, and PVDF
* Standard knife-edge seal with threaded tube nut/rod assembly or tube compressor to secure the cartridge(s) inside the chamber to assure little to no liquid by-pass without the use of metal springs
* Multi-round cartridge and bag chambers include a pressure gauge with a protective guard
* Double labyrinth O-ring seals
* Optional tops and bottoms are available for all multi-round cartridge and bag chambers
* Single cartridge chambers have screw-on tops and include either a flat base for securing to a flat surface outside the tank, or a B-mount bracket for securing to the tank lip inside or outside the tank
* Bag chambers are available with or without a support cage

1.C Filter Chambers

        Filter Pump Series, 3C/4C/6C/8C and 12C, chambers are designed for the reduction of inorganic particulates from aqueous alkaline and acidic solutions using depth DOE or SOE string wound, melt-blown, or pleated cartridges. Series C chambers can also use carbon tubes to carbon treat a given bath.

        Out-of-tank chambers are available in polypropylene, CPVC, or PVDF.  Available in sizes ranging from 1-10” to 12-40” cartridges and flow rates to 200 GPM.

        Chambers may be mounted in parallel for higher flow rates or in series for multi-step filtration. Primarily used for plating bath filtration in the surface and metal finishing and aerospace industries.

2.CB Bag Filter

        Filter Pump CB bag filter chambers are designed to handle a large range of chemicals without difficulty.

        Where in contact with the solution, the chambers are constructed of CPVC and FKM elastomers, there is no fragile lucite or glass. There is no metal to liquid contact.

        Because of the unique design, with heavily reinforced ribbing in the molded parts, the double O-ring labyrinth sealing, and the long-sleeved flanges attached to the chamber shell, these chambers can operate at higher temperatures and/or 100 psi at ambient temperatures.

3.CBK Bag Chamber

        Filter Pump Series CBK bag chambers with support cage are designed for the reduction of inorganic particulates from aqueous alkaline and acidic solutions using surface felt and mesh bags.

        Out-of-tank chambers are available in CPVC, polypropylene, or PVDF in #1 and #2 sizes and flow rates to 100 gpm.  Chambers may be mounted in parallel for higher flow rates.

        CBK bag chambers are primarily used for filtering cleaners, pre-treatment, and waste treatment in the surface and metal finishing and aerospace industries.

4.CN In-Tank

        Filter Pump Series CN cartridge in-tank chambers are designed for the reduction of inorganic particulates from aqueous alkaline and acidic solutions using depth DOE or SOE string wound, melt-blown, or pleated cartridges. Series CN cartridge chambers can also use carbon tubes to carbon treat a given bath.

        CN chambers are available in CPVC, with sizes ranging from 1-10” to 12-40” cartridges and flow rates to 200 GPM.

        Chambers may be mounted in parallel for higher flow rates or in series for multi-step filtration and are primarily used for plating bath filtration in the surface and metal finishing and aerospace industries.

5.CT Carbon Treatment

        Filter Pump Series CT carbon treatment chambers use bulk activated granular carbon (GAC) inside reusable polypropylene mesh bags, in conjunction with post filters, to adsorb and reduce organic contaminants from aqueous alkaline and acidic solutions.

        Out-of-tank chambers are available in polypropylene, CPVC, or PVDF.  Sizes range from 5 lbs to 60 lbs of GAC with flow rates to 36 gpm.

        Chambers may be mounted in parallel for higher flow rates and are primarily used for carbon treatment of plating baths.  These chambers may also be used in the waste stream loop in plating shops.

6.MR-SR Metal Recovery Chamber

        Filter Pump precious metal recovery systems are a simple, economical method for reclaiming gold and other precious metals from processing rinse water and drag-out tanks.

        The ion exchange resin is hydrophilic in nature and displays excellent cation exchange resin properties and characteristics in absorbing positively charged metal ions from process streams. Up to three troy ounces of precious metal can be recovered per pound.
